This is my first time using this platform and it’s a great one, been using CSS for a while but need something more simple and Dolibarr has been the one.
But now i’m having a big problem, i’ve imported all the companies i had to Dolibarr but I’ve noticed I need to have contacts to send mass mail but i only have the companies adresses.
Is it possible to send mass mails to the email of the thirds(company)?

If you enabled module category, you will get a selector to select bu thirdparties.
Thank you for the help it worked. But now i’ve got another trouble. When i try to send the email, it tells me that i’ve got to write the command “php ./scripts/emailings/mailing-send.php 2”
The problem is that it’s a shared hosting and i can’t do it. Is there another way to send?

In the message, you hould also have a text saying how to be able to send email from your web page.
I’m also going through the same problem since I created my maillist and trying to send my message for my users and clients. I received a warning that needed to send a command line type “php. / scripts / emailings / mailing send.php 2” … I believe this is to type in the shell access to the server, but my server is windows and not I can do it, is there any other way to solve this? I believe this problem was that the friend opened this topic also complained. need help to solve this.
Well at the moment i’m using version 3.2.2 on windows server 2003 and still having the same problem of the command line. Is there another way to send? On my email settings i’ve setup a gmail SMTP.
IS there anyone who can help? This is really urgent.
If you read completely the message, you should have a solution to be able to send your mass emailing from the web interface.

i have a question regard the mailing module.
i configured it to send 5 mail per sesion ( i guess this is to don’t be blocked by the hoster, for sending spams) but in the case, that i have 20 contacts to send the email, the mailing will go send to every one? because i tried but just the first 5 emails get it but not the rest… can some one explain me how to make it work?

The number you set is the number of emails sents each time you click on send by email. If you have 20 contacts, you must click 4 times. A better choice is to set limit to 25.

You should set the variable MAILING_LIMIT_SENDBYWEB into Setup->others.
