Hello Everyone,
I have one question, is it possible to send an email to a client via the user email address instead of the company email address?
I am pretty sure there is a way but I’m unable to find the solution.
Kind Regards,
Adnan

Use the SMTP Setup for the outgoing server.
Thank you for your prompt response, I just set up SMTP credentials for the company email address.
Do I need to setup SMTP credentials for each User?
If yes, then who I can setup for each user
No. You don’t have too. The SMTP server acts only as a “channel”.
Problems may arise if on the receiver side SPF software is active, because SMPT server domain and user email domain differ.
So is it possible to disable SPF from dolibarr? or do I need to contact my service provider?
Look here: https://www.valimail.com/blog/two-common-problems-with-spf-youre-probably-overlooking/

Hello Peter,
Thank you
Pls. create an extra thread to discuss this issue. No “hijacking” of existing threads pls.!
I found this SPF record, I really appreciate your efforts but I’m still confused
TXT records found for your domain are:
v=spf1 include:_spf.perfora.net include:_spf.kundenserver.de
This seems to be a valid SPF record of your provider. Anyway test it with one of your affiliates first.
Trying to send an email but unfortunately got this error.
Failed to send mail (sender=Hafiz Muhammad Adnan , receiver=Butt )
Error [120]: Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 535 Authentication credentials invalid Error [130]: Invalid Authentication Credentials.
Ask your service provider for help. He must consult his logs. Further investigation is no longer Dolibarr related.
Here this SPF record works flawelessly:
“v=spf1 include:_spf.1und1.de -all”
Really thank you man for your help
Finally, It works Flawlessly.
Thank you Peter.
Kind Regards,
Adnan
