Showing products in interventions

I am investigating the functionality of the Intervention module. I would expect it to allow users to enter products. It looks like if it comes from an order, it will add this info. But this only seems to work when it finds at least 1 service line item. Is there a way to enable this if it’s just products? I thought it would be nice to link failures to products so we can see the failure rate from the product card. I don’t see this in the module. Am I missing something?

yes i am agree with you but you need to make a offer first and then you make an intervention

and i think you working like i do and when get call out to customer site we do not know what to change before we are there :frowning:
