SMTP Error, cant send

Hello, I have installed dolibar.
I did install it by using Virtualmin

Ubuntu 20.04
Version is 13.0.5

I tried to set up SMTP.
When test connectivity, it shows that all is ok - Server is available at address …
Problem is, I cant set up SMTP, SMTP credentials are ok, but dolibar shows an error

Failed to send mail (sender=SIA XXXXX, receiver=xxxxxxxxxxxx)
Error [120]: Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: Invalid authentication mechanism Error [120]: Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 502 5.5.2 Error: command not recognized Error [120]: Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 502 5.5.2 Error: command not recognized Error [130]: Invalid Authentication Credentials.

I did change email provider.
It did made fix.
But still on other services this email did work.
