Are there any options to fix the empty chart of accounts experienced when installed via Softaculous installer?
Go into accountancy - setup - chart of account, you should be able to load chart of account among several available.
I did try that, however when I choose US COA it still is blank. I have read that there are issues with the COA when it is install on cPanel via the Sotfoulious installer. I was looking for a work around.

What is the Dolibarr version ?

The problem is well known. Softaculous removed the /install/ folder of the Dolibarr package.
And charts of accounts are stored in it.
Either you install without softaculous or you complain to them for the deletion of the install folder…
