(Solved)Fresh Install version 13.0.2 cannot proceed

Hi,

I just had my fresh install for 13.0.2 but I can’t proceed. I am using debian buster, it says below

"connect to database failed. check database server is running (for example with mysql/mariadb, you can launch it from command line with ‘sudo service mysql start’).

The database connection failed: the host or super user parameters must be wrong.

Go back and check/correct the parameters."

I managed to run the mysql/mariadb and apache but it says below.

"Access denied for user ‘root’@'localhost’
The database connection failed: the host or super user parameters must be wrong.

Go back and check/correct the parameters."

Can you check your connection to the database using phpMyAdmin for example
Ensure you are using good account/password values
