On 5.0.2 supplier price requests works a lot better except for one thing which makes it very useless as we cannot send to the supplier. The PDF generated file does not pull up any prices.

FYI,
Apparently (according to developers on Github) the goal of the supplier proposal on PDF is not to show the prices to the supplier. The prices will follow on the order once the proposal is accepted.
I find that very cumbersome. Mostly I send my suppliers the price I am to be billed.
The reason is that there have been several instances in the past where the sales person of the supplier does not know my discount levels and their proposals come with wrong prices.
I’d rather have them check any incongruences and tell me if I’m wrong.
This should be choosable!

The logic should be that we should be able to choose if the PDF can be or not printed, since the value some times means the target price we request to the suppliers.
So then based on It can show or hide the prices ion the PDF, as the user desire.
This will be wonderful.
A simple fast solution could be to have two models of PDF, one with price another without price.
