I would like to introduce Supplier Qualification Pro, a Dolibarr module developed for companies that need a structured process for supplier qualification, monitoring and compliance.

The module works directly with existing Dolibarr suppliers and provides a complete supplier quality workflow.

The module is particularly useful for organizations working with structured quality systems such as ISO, GMP, GDP, pharmaceutical, food, laboratory and manufacturing environments.

One of the main goals was to keep supplier qualification directly inside Dolibarr instead of maintaining separate spreadsheets for supplier scoring, certificates, audits and approved supplier lists.

Dolibarr is an SME product (mostly), so the vast majority of businesses don’t bother with any of this (this is my experience from several hundred Dolibarr customers).

I would be interested in taking a look as we have a few larger Dolibarr customers, including ones in Pharma and manufacturing.

Supplier Qualification Pro is indeed aimed more at organizations where supplier approval, periodic evaluation, audits, documentation and an Approved Supplier List are part of a formal quality process — for example Pharma, laboratories, medical devices and regulated manufacturing.

I would be very happy to give you access to a demo so you can take a closer look at the workflow.

The module currently covers, among other things:

  • supplier qualification and approval status;

  • supplier evaluations and audits;

  • qualification documents and attachments;

  • Approved Supplier List management;

  • filtering and search;

  • qualification/audit history;

  • PDF reporting.
