Table name error on fresh install

Hello.

I’m making a new install and get the following error:

SQL Error DB_ERROR_1103 Incorrect table name 'llxdolimk1256_eventorganization_conferenceorboothattendee_extrafields'

Could this be because of the length of the prefix or the length of the database name?

P.S: Keeping the prefix to llx_ worked.
