Rookie mistake/question
I spent quite a bit of time creating Tags/Categories to reflect my customer base and activities only to find I had mistakenly created these tags in the Contacts/Addresses module rather than the Third Party Module as I had intended. So when I went to add tags to my Customers/Prospects there were no tags available in the drop down list!
Is there any way to ‘copy over’ or duplicate the Tags/Categories I’ve created from the Contacts module into the Third Party Module? Or will I have to go through the whole process and create these tags again?
Hope someone can offer an easy solution.
