i would like to have your suggestion that how can i use the dolibarr for Task delegation.
I want to assign some task to different empolyees in our organization and they should get intimation that a task has been assigned to them. The employees should be able to update that the task has been completed or pending.
I should get a clear report that which tasks are pending.
please share if anybody is using it like this.

Also a suggestion involving “events” in the agenda, to schedule the tasks in the calendar of the employees, would be great to understand how to aproach it.
This sounds like a good use for the Projects module, with tasks enabled.
The “Intervention Enhanced” module that we have developed provides for the transition from Event to Intervention.
Notification of a task assignment to an employee can be easily added.
