Hello

after updating from 11.0.0 to 11.0.4 I get this error message when I want to generate PDF files for invoices or orders or commercial proposal.

Try to re-upload the image of your company (home - setup - company)

I did , it doesn’t work , even I delete the logo it is still not working .
any other idea , please ?

Try another image to see if it is your image that makes the trouble ?

I tried another image , it doesn’t work. I tried to install dolibarr but once I point to the old database, the issue occurs again

Did you find the image you have uploaded into your directory
/home2/rational/dolibarrdata/mycompany/logos
Did you use a name without special chars into your image filename ?

the image is uploaded to /home2/rational/dolibarrdata/mycompany/logos , without special chars .

one more thing I don’t understand is why this directory 1 in the error message , when image is uploaded to directory logos?

A very not common case is that you have permission to write and not to read.
What are permission on logo files and what are permission on directories ?

I encountered exactly the same problem

Permissions on both folder and file level were 0777

I managed to fix the error by adding to OTHER SETUP the following:
MAIN_PDF_USE_LARGE_LOGO with content 1.
Problem was solved
