Technical Error on home page for non-admins

When getting the count for contacts/addresses on the Home page as a non-admin, I get the following error.

The query is in “contact/class/contact.class.php”.

I fixed the query by removing the “OUTER” from the two joins but not sure why this bug exist.

For the last error. I needed to “extend access to third parties” for the non-admin in order to get rid of the error…
