When I have a draft proposal, and navigate to “Notes”, neither the public or private notes have the edit button. I can however “hack” it by going into an invoice, going to “Notes”, edit notes, and copy paste the URL for editing the note into the corresponding proposal url.
My user is the administrator and has all permissions enabled for everything (including proposals)
I used a backup version which was also version 16.0.1 (Github 16 branch), and there it doesn’t have that problem. So the problem seems to be on the latest 16 branch of Github as of today (11/8/2022)
To be exact, the version that does not have the problems is 167 commits behind the current origin/16.0. The rev-parse --short of the working branch is a1e5e754db3 while the current 16.0 branch (has the edit bug) e512c9aeee8
