The latest version 23.0.1 cannot be installed normally
Check permission of conf.php file located in the htdocs/conf/` directory of your Dolibarr installation
I do have the permission to set the file; otherwise, the error prompt shown in the following picture will be displayed
This issue only occurs in version 23.0.1 and will not exist in version 22.0.4
Delete conf.php file located in the htdocs/conf/` directory of your Dolibarr for new installation
The conf.php file has been deleted.
Now refresh the page and reinstall it, but this problem still exists and no information can be filled in
Another conf.php file has been automatically generated
Edit in tex editor and set database server, DB User and Pass
May I ask how to set it up? Is it to directly edit the conf.php file?
All the edit boxes in the browser are currently uneditable

It still can’t be used. Directly modifying the conf.php file won’t install the program properly
I hope this will help you, the easy way is to remove the file /var/www/dolibarr/htdocs/install/install.forced.php if you don’t need it of course.
You can also rename the file install.forced.php to install.forced.sample.php like it was in the previous version
The variable responsible of this issue is :
$force_install_noedit=2
As described in the file : 2 = lock all set variables

Hello everyone,
I am trying to UPGRADE from 22.0.2 to 23.0.3, none of the above seems to work. I am not seeing the option to upgrade and when I am seeing Latest version upgrade: 22.0.2 - Version program: 22.0.2 even after uploading and extracting the 23.0.3 zip archive.
