Ticket Attachments on Server Root

Hello there,

On a 16.0.1 version of dolibarr after a scheduled task that checks a email account for new emails to insert as tickets… i am getting in the Root Linux Server the attachments that the emails has…

Is it a bug or is something i can fix somehow and how …???

I guess you are using a custom module so check what exactly is downloaded via the module. If it is a general code it is normal to download everything, including the attachments.

If you need only the text/content of the emails, the module should be written to do so.

No ! It is not a custom module… It is the module that Dolibarr it has…I have the 16.0.1 version

Anyone any idea …regarding this issue …?
