Ticket for a certain group/department

Using my Dolibarr CRM/SRM Modules

Hi,
I have recently gone through Dolibarr, it is amazing. Just wanted to know that if we have to open a ticket to certain department or group of people, is there any way to do it? And also, the ticket will only be visible to the creator’s group and the group that pertains to it?

Ticket module is quite new, and doesn’t support yet this kind of features.

I have one more question that can specific projects be visible to specific group of user and not all who can access Project module? Reason behind this is different projects can be done by different groups and hence all groups can see other’s projects as well. Same is the case with TASKs.
