Ticket /issue management inside team

Dear moderators, I have started implementing dolibarr 10.0.2 in production. we are a small design engineering company. We dont have tickets outside company. ,but we have issues inside company staff to be tracked and resolved. In tickets module, you can raise tickets only outside company members. How can I grant access to company users means employees to raise tickets internally and keep a track of it.
