Hello Everyone,
we are starting to use tickets in our system. Now i found out that if we send messages within the ticketing system they will all appear in the Agenda. I don’t want this to happen because i use my Agenda explicit only for appointments. it gets too messy.
Under “Events and agenda module setup” “automatic filling” there are options which events shall appear in the Agenda, but i already deactivate them all.
Is there any other option I missed out?
