Tickets related to customers or vendors don't appear in the customer/vendor main view screen

Using Dolibarr V17.0.1 (not confident of moving to V18x yet).
The top row in the customer or vendor screen that shows contact/addresses, tickets, Notes etc doesn’t highlight if there are any tickets against the customer/vendor like it does with every other type. .


e.g. this customer has 2 tickets, 1 Note and 23 events. The number of events and notes show up, but the tickets do not. I’m not able to determine if a customer has any tickets unless I click on the ticket link (they do show up if I click on the link)
