I had an old computer with Dolibarr with a large customer base that crashed. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a backup of the database. But I have the whole Dolibarr folder from C://. Is there anything I could do to transfer the data to another computer?

If you do not have database backup it will be very risky…
You may try to install the same Doliwamp version then the one you used on the old PC
Then stop all the doliwamp services
Then overwrite the dolibarr folder with the backup
Then pray
Restart the PC and see if it works.
