Unable to Modify invoice

Using my Dolibarr

Hi Guys,

i was able to modify invoices i have created and validated before,but since i have updated to dolibarr 3.82, i am not able to modify any invoice. modify button is greyed out and it says “this invoice is not the last in cycle and must not be modified”. please let me know how i can make it as it was before to be able to modify invoices.

hi hessaan,
set the invoice to “abandoned” and make a new one using ‘clone’.

i don’t know how it is in your country, in germany we must facture them ‘return’ if we had any finished invoice. so the workflow of dolibarr 3.8.2 is the correct way.

i understand what you saying but previously i was able to modify same invoice once i have created it. i want to modify invoice because by mistake i have entered wrong dates of work and sent invoice to customer, now i like to keep the invoice number same and modify existing invoice as i was able to do before. hope i made my point clear.

Use LibreOffice Draw (or any other PDF Editor) to open the Invoice .pdf and correct your “cosmetic” error.

Also wondering how can i enable modify button in dolibarr.
