Upgrading from 14.0.3 to 14.0.4

hi, need help on updating my dolibarr 14.0.3 to 14.0.4.
Here’s a screenshot on how I extracted the dolibarr update file:

when I tried to do site.com/install/ I can’t see the upgrade to 14.0.4.
Any help please?
