Upload problem in vendor invoice

Hi All,

We are using the Dolibarr verson 11.0.2 for last six months. We were uploading supporting documents in the Vendor Invoice under Billing|Payment module. Recently we are facing error on uploading documets. The error is “ErrorDirNotWritable” . We checked the server setting of the relevant folder where these files are stored and all the read/write rights are provided. It seems there is some internal check / limit defined which created new folder with only read rights and not with edit rights. Please help!

What OS is the server installed on?
What size is the file you are uploading that fales?

The OS is CentOS 6.9 and file size is 560 kb.

These were uploading earlier but after PROV2999 entry the upload is not working.

I assume you have enough space on the disk? restarted the OS?
