URGENT- CANT ACCESS TO DICTIONARY

HI
Is anyone that can help be in access to dictionary?
Since that we pass to 5.0.0 version i cant configure the items throught Dictionary.
When i click it opens a new webpage and gives error HTTP 500

ANYONE CAN HELP ME IN this ?
