Urgently missing funktions

1. Attach files from ECM to Emails - Yes I know, you can upload a dozens time the same file, but that remains uncomfortable at max.

2. Shortcuts for Email texts - Yes, I know you can define static Email-texts. It would be great to define a couple of texts, so that you can recall a special one if you need

  1. An E-Mail-Client, connected with Lead and Ticket modules

  2. A better workflow - at the moment you have to change the module, if you want to create a new contact while you are in Lead Module

  3. creating automated individual Workflows, follow up mails e.g.

Are there any workarounds for these topics yet?
