"User Announcements" module

Using my Dolibarr DoliStore's external modules

We need a module to notify users of news (announcements).
Each user needs to “aknowledge” these annoucements and we register the “aknowledgement/consent”.

is there a module out there? It is pretty hard to search for that or I was just not able to find it.
Or there is no module like this.

try making a request on Dolistore.
If you don’t find what you’re looking for, you need to ask someone to create an ad-hoc module for you.
