Good day Experts…Please I don’t know how I can go about this, I actually want logged in user printed out on card and also list order page. In that once the card form is submitted then it printed out on list order page. Please any help rendered will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

A little confused…
- Link the order to user/contacts in the CONTACT tab
- The LOG tab on the order shows the user details also
Or are you trying to create a list of all orders showing the users who created them?
I think the only other way to do it would be to Export the list. You can save the export as a profile, like below, and then create a bookmark in dolibarr so whenever you need the list you can build it on demand (daily or random etc). Also you could filter out the date etc.

The Agenda is a pretty good tool for filtering onscreen per-user information.
In Agenda>Reporting you can export pdfs by month with all activities.
I’ve been using Dolibarr for almost a year and only just found this feature. Although I don’t need it at the moment, it’s good to know it is there in case of backtracking with customer/user issues etc.
Yes the second question was exactly what I wanted…I have the pictures attached to illustrate what I mean. Though I created form on card where the reporter can be entered manually but thats not what I want. I want it to be printed on card and automatically printed on list page. I hope you understand my point now.

Your version looks very different to mine…how did you create the ‘Reporter’ field above the reference?

I’m sorry I have tried everything but cannot find a way to display the user field.
The version was 3.8 and now I am using 4.0. That reporter was from card,php,where I created the text area and pulled it out on list,php That’s how the reporter was achieved but this time I want the logged in user printed out in replacement of reporter.
