Using the "Knowledge Management" Module

Hi,

I am running version 15.0.3 where the “Knowledge Management” module is listed as stable. I have enabled the module. However, I do not see anywhere to access the functionality. Should there be a new icon somewhere?

module tickets must be activated,
Icon Tickets > Knowlegebase

Follow-up question: when we add images to a specific KB-article it is stored in /documents/medias/image/.

Outside KB, how do we browse the media folder? It is not shown in DMS/ECM area, and the “guide” in this link is pretty much non-saying.
