Variable substitution %s in e-mail

Is it possible to add translation variables with %s parameters, in email templates or notifications ?

For instance, I would like to add this key ClickHereToGoTo which corresponds to Click here to go to %s in emails, but __(ClickHereToGoTo)__ doesn’t seem to accept parameters. Is it possible ?
