this error means, that your email-account is on a black-list, it means that my mailserver is looking in a list where bad spamers are known. so you have the problem, sorry
don’t understand as that is my personal “official” email.

I’m just looking into table:
“Dictionary setup - VAT Rates” and can’t find a solution how to manage all these taxes…grrrrrrr.

Guessing what is the meaning of parameters like: “NPR”, “Note”… 
I found something interesting now,…well in case of:
- Adding items on offer (or order) --> new line - Free text --> I can select wanted VAT rate
- adding items on offer ( or order) --> Products recorded (from my list of records),…–> I can not select wanted VAT rate
…now I’m guessing why only at “Add new line - Free text” it is possible to select VAT,…
why it is not possible to select VAT at “Add new line - Products recorded”.

yesterday i had a problem in other module where popup was disabled (to modify duration of lines) so i modifyed in code to set it allways enabled, thats not nice but it works.
so i know how to fix disabled objects, if it’s that problem you have

Hello again everybody,
I just can’t stop searching for an answer about how to define VAT to be calculated in case of neighbour country (Croatian) customer. As soon as Croatian customer is selected VAT is not calculated which is okay in case if customer is company. But if customer is ordinary person VAT needs to be included on invoices and other documents.
How to make this work?
I installed last version of Dolibarr on local PC,…my country is Slovenia (normal VAT rate is 22%). Neighbour coutry is Croatia.
How to solve that out? What to set in settings?
I like Dolibarr and I get used on it in last 2 years.

I this that teh only solution is to define a ne country “Croatia_with_vat” and selecht the customer living there.
So if your customer lives in “croatia” no vat is calculated, and if living in “croatia_wthi_vat”, i is with vat.
today i have no time to search where to define this “new” country. but if you do’nt find it yourself, please ask me (PN) after 25.12.2015.
In januar 2016 my company will change to dolibarr, then i need the same, because if i sell to swizerland and i have not declared the transportation, i have to calculate with tax. all other without. so if the price is lower than 100 euro it is too much officialism and we sell with tax.
so let me know about your doing…
