Hi all, I’ve recently started using Dolibarr. I’ve set my default UK sales tax/VAT as 20%.
I need to zero rate my export orders.
I have set up as an example:
In vat and sales tax settings, I’ve setup Ireland as 0%
I’ve set my Irish customer to Ireland as country
But the only option I get in the drop-down menu for the sales order lines is GB20, which is my default UK 20% vat.
I’ve tried all kinds of things, but I can’t get my 0% option to show up.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Enable multi currency and Create a plan with Vat = 0 and select it during invoice.
