view all products ordered from 1 customer?

Hello,

Is there a way to view all the products (f.e.last 6 months) a client has bought. The moment a client calls, I would like to see this information. Now I have to open all the pdf-files to see what they have bought :frowning:

Hello,

I don’t think there is any ready made button for that !

What we do is to generate an export every day, from invoices module, you select the fields you want then output to an excel file.

If you save the export as template, it takes less than 1 minute every morning to generate the new file…

Then one button to click in excel to filter on the client name for getting only the data related to one client.

Not ready out of the box but quite easy and fast ! at least better than checking all the pdf invoices !

Hello i have developped a enhance of the native export module of dolibarr
This module add 2 mains functions :
- the possibility to filter by a value
- the possibility to show the result of the export on a screen (and save it and load it on bookmarks then).

I’ve developped a mini module that insert a new tab in the customer view. This tab show all products contained in invoices of this customer.

@delfrance : Thanks, I will consider to put it on Dolistore.

@humphrey : Yes, developped in 3.3 but tested also in 3.2 and seems to work as well…
If you try it, could you give me feedback on it’s use, so if it seems bug-free, I will submit it on Dolistore.

Hi Philippe,

I installed that module on 3.2.3 and really love it !!!

So far so good, in my opinion it looks ‘stable’ without any problem.

A ‘products’ tab appears as well for the suppliers but the list is desperately empty, that would be a great improvement to get something displayed !

Frankly speaking, that’s the only extra module that we agreed to install as it doesn’t require to modify any file of Dolibarr’s standard distribution, you did a great job guys.

For the suppliers, you’re right. Initially, I was thinking to list the products contained in orders (or invoces?) relatives to the supplier selected, but not sure this info is interresting at this stage…
Plus the fact that a third party could be both customer and supplier, so have to include a choice to select what the user want to display.

There was a bug in the last version (1.1) when filtering on refs and/or products. It’s fixed on version 1.2.

I also love the Gmail contact sync, I was looking for this for a long long time…

Is the Gmail module free as well? How can we get it? Thanks.
