Is there the possibility to have the sub locations for the warehouse? For example, if I need to store something on a determinate shelf.

No becausethere is no specific feature to address sublocation.
Yes, because if you want to use sublocation, you can create as many “warehouse” as you want and a warehouse may be a sublocation. For example a warehouse can be
“WAREHOUSE1_SHELF2”

Simply create your warehouses. Then when invoiceing you will select where to decrease the items from.

My idea was to create 7 warehouse: store, system1, system2 and so on… It will be nice if there is some possibility to manage the warehouse as the category system (with sub category )…
Ok I have no idea how it works for you, but I know you can easily transfer items from one stock to another. iirc also without any invoice, with a simple transfer.
