Where is "Hourly rates" set on a project?

Using my Dolibarr Other native modules

Added a Time task to a project, and according to Doli the hourly rate for these tasks is 250/h. I just created the project but have not entered anything about costs and I cannot find where to alter it.

Where can I change the hourly rate?
