Which is the stable version?

Which is the stable version of Dolibar CRM?
I have just finished installing v10 and now I have discovered the development have moved up to v16.
I don’t see any branch marked as stable. So can I assume the active branch is stable?
This is going production environment. Please be kind to me.

Hi,

the latest stable version is currently v16.0.1. Basically, all tagged versions are regarded as stable and all development (i.e. instable work) happens in the branch develop. You can either clone a stable Dolibarr from git or get it from sourceforge via this link: Downloads, Dolibarr ERP CRM packages and addons.

Just a standard reminder: It should always be checked in a staging environment, if everything works as expected. This holds also true for upgrades: it’s important to verify that everything (well, at least the used core features) still is ok before bringing it into production.
