I have now spent 2 days trying to just simply import my Customers into dolibarr, I am using csv to import, and I have finally manage to bring some of them in, however the problem is that I have added 4 new complimentary attributes (third party) on the third party module these additional attributes area “simple” select list type, ie. 1,Ice White 2,Warm White 3,Blue and so on, (each on separate lines).
When I import the csv the field values are set to 1 or 2 or 3, whichever the picklist number is, however it does not insert the correct value in the field, it just seems to insert any of the picklist values.
Can anybody please help possibly in simple terms to allow me to continue, I am getting to the point of scrapping the idea of dolibarr as this “Simple” import is just impossible.
