Dear friends, I have a small music instruments store in Brazil and I wish I could use dolibarr as my CRM/ERP. We sell itens and we offer reparing. In my actual software, i have the possibility to make a client record, so i can create a type of Work Order /Intervention. This is a kind of project management where i have to insert my client data / its device (musical instrument) / details on what is to be done in that device. Once data are inserted, i can print a copy and give to my client. After this procedure, I can internaly print a label with this service order number as i can paste this sticker in instrument, and program with my staff a date that it will be done - All my staff has acces to the system, so every day we all can see everything we have to do. Once finished, our reception desk employer can call or whatsapp the customer. I wish to know if can i do it with dolibarr. I could use Projects in dolibarr as a trial do do it. I could also find that i can create invoices / Quotations / etc… My only question is: How can i generate a kind of recipt to give to the cliente, something like this model i 'm attaching here. Hi there ! How are you ? I have mande an adaptation in Projects module and I’m using it as I could not find a specific solution. I have created a .odt model file with the details that I have to print like client name, phone, services to be done. I have also created inside diconaries new status names for projects status like “waiting client approval” “aproved” “working” “waiting for client” “done-ready” etc
When service is finished i create an invoice for that project
It’s difficult but it was the only way I found to use dolibarr
