Accounting journals option disappeared from the menu

Using my Dolibarr Financial modules

I am using Dolibarr 18.0.2 on Linux, I was finishing the configuration of the accounting module and the accounting journals option disappeared from the menu, any idea what the problem is, Thanks for the help.

a) are the accounting module enabled in the setup?
b) does your user have permissions to use the accounting module?
