I am trying to change the admin email address as the administrator, but it ends up with 403: forbidden, access denied on the server side.
I have used the above link to check what i need to give permission, but usually a super Admin should be able to edit his own profile right?
What can i do?

You may want to try logging into Dolibarr as another “super admin” to edit the email address.

I logged in as an admin and went to edit my profile to change my email address as out email host has been changed thereby changing the email address.
As i tried changing the address and clicking save, it return with 403: forbidden, access denied on server side
Can you check which permissions your users has?
