I want to upload all the information from last year to dolibarr 18 to have historical information, how can I modify the date of the transactions (inventory, accounting, billing, etc.) so that they are in accordance with each transaction?

I do not have access to the data due to ransomware, everything is encrypted, and the backup is corrupt, so I need to be able to modify the date of each transaction.

Okay, that does indeed make it a bit complicated.

Are emails lost too? there might be invoices in that. Probably even your customers have those emails.

Banking statements might also be used to find some data.

Another method might be to change the clock of the dolibarr system, some data, change the clock, add some more data, change the clock, …
