Hi everyone,
When I create a credit note for a customer in Dolibarr, it correctly debits the accounting account (e.g., Discounts & Credit Notes). However, when I later use that credit note to pay a new invoice for the same customer, the corresponding credit entry doesn’t seem to be recorded in Accounting. As a result, the balance in my Discounts & Credit Notes account keeps increasing and never goes down.
Is there a way to properly account for the application of credit notes so that the account balance is reduced accordingly? Am I missing a configuration step or accounting rule?
