We’re pleased to invite you to Vienna for our annual international DevCamp this September.
Three Days of Development and Collaboration
September 26-28, 2025
After the positive experience of last year’s DevCamp in Munich, we’re hosting this year’s event in Vienna. Three focused days where developers and active community members work together on Dolibarr, develop ideas, and advance the software.
Who Should Participate?
The DevCamp is aimed at everyone who wants to actively contribute to Dolibarr’s development:
- Developers and programmers working on code
- Contributors familiar with GitHub who can reproduce and evaluate issues
- Documentation writers helping to improve user resources
- Community members supporting Dolibarr in various ways
Your experience level doesn’t matter – what counts is your willingness to contribute.

Dates: Friday, September 26 to Sunday, September 28, 2025
Location: Vienna, Austria
Working language: English
Participation fee: €100 (includes two nights accommodation and meals)
What to Expect
Based on last year’s Munich event, the DevCamp provides:
- Direct collaboration with core contributors
- Hands-on development sessions
- Exchange with international participants
- Input on Dolibarr’s future direction
- A productive weekend in Vienna

This event is organized by the Dolibarr Association for Promoting the German-speaking Dolibarr Community – despite its name, the working language will be English to welcome international participants.
