How do you increase Stock using Kits

Try to increase a stock item with kits. When setting up the KITS, you need to select a setting to decrease the stock. It is called Increase/Decrease stock on Parent change.
It only decreases stock if selected, but there are no settings to increase the stock. Can you only decrease or is there a way to increase stock with KITs?

The option that you mentioned is in the Product sheet at the Kits tab.
In the list that appears below with the list of components of the kit, the column named “Increase/Decrease stock on parebnt change” seems to perform both increase and decrease operations.

I observe the next list of problems using kits with the stocks control, that make the use of kits not convenient:

  1. The kits do not display the stock of a product “kit“ that should be calculated using their components availability, displaying the qty of kits possible to have grouping the components in stock. Simply is displayed “Not supported on kits“. A button “recalculate potential kits qty stock“ can solve this, or just at the bottom of the tab KIt that display all the components of the kt, should b nice that display the potential kits qty available with the current stock of components in the same warehouse.
  2. If you have a kit composed of 1pcs item1 with 2pcs in stock, and 2pcs item2 with 3 pcs in stock, using the stock control that do not allow to deliver goods if are not previouly in stock, is allowed to deliver 2pcs complete kits and it should ot be allowed, sicne one pc item2 is missing in the warehouse o be able to complete the 2pcs kits. Only check the stock of the first of the components insted. So this bug make the advantage to use kits to control stocks very limited.
  3. The configuration of the Stocks module do not allows to use the automatic increase/decrease of stocks using customer invoice if the module serial numbers/lots is activated. Instead that it should be allowed for the products that have deactivated the serial numbers/lots control in their product datasheet. Also this limt a lot the convenience to use kits.
