Hello everyone, I want to create a system for tracking expenses such as electricity, beverages, and cleaning bills. Also, expenses like purchasing equipment or tools for work. What specific features in dolibarr would be helpful for this?

@xshop While you can certainly use the Expense Report feature, I think that it might be better to use Vendor proposals/orders/invoices, possibly contracts for ongoing purchases.
Because then you can easily track both which project these expenses are related to and you can keep track of which supplier you use.
When you have an easy overview of all your purchases from one Vendor, you can more easily compare to a different Vendor and/or use that information to ask for a discount.
