How to disable the enforced phone format?

Using my Dolibarr CRM/SRM Modules

After upgrading from V23 to V24 we are now enforced to enter phone numbers in a format we do not want. For six years we have entered in the format 0XXX-YYYYYYYY, but now Dolibarr is enforcing to enter as 0XXXYYYYYYYY which in turn gets converted to +46XXXYYYYYYYY.

We don’t want this. What setting do we change to turn that off?
