I need settings so that each user or employee has a different menu for each category,
For example, for a finance category user, he only has a Billing and payment area, Bank accounts and Accounting area menu.

Adjust the permission tab values for each user from their own user cards.

It’s probably better to use groups, and edit the permisions on groups and then assign the users 1 or more groups.
