We are using all three tax enabled. If first tax =0 then the first tax will not be printed in the invoice in all the previous versions. In current version (19.X)all the three tax are printed even the first tax=0. which is unnecessary to print in the Invocie.(Please see attached screenshot).
I am unsure what goal you want to achive?
Please refer the screenshot, the yellow highlighted Total IGST 0% (C+S-18)=0.00 should not be printed since it is zero value and no meaning to print it. Only Total CGST & Total SGST should be printed.
For your information, I found this issue in V.19. only. No such a issue faced in previous versions.
Please see attached screenshot from V18.0.4, IGST is Zero so the Zero value tax line is not printed.
