My version 21, installed to local PC , windows 10,

My issues was ,I needs to setup above attached print for that ,using under >>model pos setting >receipt print >> terminal
I have changed…
Local network
Local PC …
Network…
Nothing work for me
Any guidance how to do it

Thank you for clarifying. I am sorry that I can not help you - I have never used a printer for Dolibarr.

Is your printer connected to the correct usb port of your dolibarr server ? Try to run lsusb on your dolibarr server.

Hello all

First time here, but long time Dolibarr user. I think prasadmadura is running Dolibarr - TakePOS in a Windows machine so lsusb will not work.
I suspect the printer profile its not well configured as in the screenshot’s “profile” should be “windows local printer” instead “Epos tep profile”.

I have similar problem but with Ubuntu. I’ll explain in another post to mantain this one for this “windows problem”
