I need help i have installed the new version of Dolibarr problem is other users are able to validate there own sales orders others cant even though there permissions validating sales order is enabled.
second thing in the previous version users could not see other users customer list but in the new Dolibar i cant see where to disable or enable users not to see other users customer list. i have checked every module permissions but nothing. i want each user to only see there customer list
just to be absolutely sure. Which version of dolibarr are you running?
I would like to see a screenshot of the permissions of a user that should not have access, but does have it.
I also want to see which groups the user is a member of and which permissions are granted to those groups
i am using Dolibarr 20.0.1. The group i have created is sales group see the attached. All the users can see other users third parties, i want the to only se there own third party and customers
On a thirdparty you can assign a Sales representatives which can be one or more users. If you use this I think users can only see the thirdparties they have been assigned, but I am not using this functionality, so I don’t really know
